Parts Search :
 By category, by manufacturer, by product model, by parts number, by description available. When using more than one condition, search with “or” option.

1.  When a product is found : [view detailed product information and picture] - [enter customer information] - [order] - [search additional products]
2.  When a product is not found : send an e-mail or call to ask for an estimate.

Equipment Search :
 By category, by manufacturer, by model, by production year, by time, by condition, by description available. When using more than one condition, search with “or” option.

1. Receive order information from OPM
2. Check stock availability
3. Propose a reasonable price
4. Customer purchase decision and payment
5. Delivery

 Payment system became safe with the introduction of kops.
